Our Partners & Services
Northside works with leading manufacturers of durable medical equipment to provide our customers with functional, high quality, affordable products. Free delivery and set up of equipment and supplies, as well as after hours emergency service, are available. All delivery personnel are trained to provide education to the patient and family until they are comfortable operating the equipment.
Licensed Respiratory Therapists
Provide setup, patient education, monitoring and follow up of patients with respiratory care equipment. Both pediatric and adult patients are accepted. Accreditation by the Joint Commission on Accreditation for Health Care Organizations demonstrates our commitment to achieving high quality and safe care for our patients.
Personalized customer service and satisfaction is our highest priority at Northside. Our experienced reimbursement specialists will bill Medicare, Medicaid, your private insurance, or help you arrange a self-pay plan. Additionally, they contact your insurance company to obtain pre-authorization, if needed.
Northside's Nursing Home Respiratory Therapy Division includes a therapist who visits the facility weekly to check oxygen concentrators, their location and records usage. This assures continuity of respiratory care for residents. Northside Provides all scheduled maintenance for each concentrator. Northside also provides extra equipment in case of emergency. All respiratory equipment is available for rental or purchase. Supplies such as cannulas, masks, tubing and humidifiers are available and can be delivered as needed. Portable tanks are also available.
